Blocked messages received on NRJ chat

Thank you team for your response, but I think you didn't quite understand me. The problem in the chat on CHT NRJ is that the messages I send go through, but when my opponent sends me messages, I do not receive them. The received messages often display 0 messages. Because of this, I doubt that one of my colleagues has done something to my mic to block the receipt of messages, but everything else is working. Thank you in advance team and good luck.

    I don't understand... when I log into the NRJ chat, I don't receive messages from my contacts... it shows 0 messages and it has been like this for a very long time... why? Thank you in advance for your help.
