when I log into the energy chat, I enter my username, etc., then when I click OK, it doesn't start as if there's a security issue. It used to work before, I don't understand anything, lol. I'm afraid there might be a security feature that has been enabled. bis

For people who use software to block ads (like pop-up windows) such as adBlock, simply disabling it for this site is enough.
