Just Cause 2 Erreur Directx code 15 (PC)

Good evening everyone!
So, I installed the game, and when I try to launch it, I get a black screen, then it shuts down and shows me the error message: DirectX code: 15 ...
I have DirectX 11, I understood that the game only works with 10, so I reinstalled 10 but that didn't work either!
Since yesterday, I've been trying to find what the problem is but it's hard to find a solution in French!

    I just bought Just Cause 2 today and I have exactly the same problem, so I wanted to know if since you posted your question, you have found a solution??

      It must be our PCs or the game. I've had the same problem but still no solution ^_^'
      I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium Edition on x64 (64 Bits)
