    You can find them on the island of the twin brothers Bill and Bob Bayou, also on the graves or next to the secret passage. I hope I helped you!

    On Saturday night to Sunday (around midnight), there is a fuel near the "secret" passage in the cemetery. On Sunday (early in the morning I suppose), you will also find one in the Zeta lunar base, but there won't be any in the Bayou.
    On Sunday night to Monday (around midnight), you will find a fuel near the two carnivorous plants (the ones side by side) in the Bayou, but there won't be any in the cemetery or at the Zeta lunar base.
    On Monday night to Tuesday (around midnight), there are 2 near the entrance of the Bayou (if coming from the cemetery), one near the pile of wood and garbage in the Bayou, and two at the Zeta lunar base.
    I haven't done the other days yet, but this can already help you (to know the day, save and then come back to the saves).
