Connexion opera mini and java

Hello,

I bought a touchscreen phone made in China (iPhone imitation) that has Java support, but I can't connect to the Internet through Wanadoo. It shows Go to http:www.operamini.com/help? version 4.2. I downloaded a version but it doesn't work. The seller tells me to go to only support Java, but I'm not skilled enough with the internet. If someone could help me with the steps to follow (detailed if possible...) Thank you.

I have a SAMSUNG P220. I was browsing the internet with Operamini 4.2 on the Orange mobile network in Côte d'Ivoire. But now I can't anymore. Despite the new internet settings from the operator. Please help me.
