Probléme steam

Bonjour,
Alors voilà, comme l'indique le titre j'ai perdu mon Mot de Passe Steam. C'est fortement embêtant.
A la page d'acceuil de Steam (à la connexion) Je vais donc sur "récupérer un compte perdu" puis "je connais mon compte". Là on me demande un code de vérification et une question secrète qui figureraient dans ce mail :
