Ordinateur qui bloque/redémarre

Bonjour, depuis quelques jours mon ordinateur ne cesse de s'éteindre, de bloquer, de se rallumer tout seul.
Quelque fois, avant de s'éteindre, l'écran devient bleu avec un message :
"Problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage in your computer
AD_POOL_CALLER
if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screnn, restart your computer.
If this screen appears again, follow these steps: check to maake sure any new hardware of sofware is properly installed.
If this a new installation, ask you hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If proble continue, disable remove any newly installation hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

J'ai fait des recherches de virus et de mouchards, rien n'est concluant.
J'ai libéré de l'espace sur mon disque dur en supprimant beaucoup de logiciels mais le problème persiste. J'ai l'impression qu'il est difficile au démarrage mais quand il est lancé tout va mieu appars si il réfléchit trop. J'ai un HP Pavillon avec Windows Vista. Avez vous des solutions? Merci d'avance
