Ciel accounting limited to 5 files

Hello,

I have Ciel Solution 2010 and Ciel Compta v16, which is limited to 5 accounting files.
In fact, I have 6 files to manage, so 6 accounting records.

What should I do?

    Hello,

    If your version is limited to 5 folders, you cannot create others. Two solutions are available to you depending on your situation:

    * If you are not using all the folders, you can delete one. Save your data, so you can retrieve it later.

    * If you need to use all 6 folders permanently, you must purchase the unlimited version, which is much more expensive because it is more powerful.

    Ultimate solution, although not very practical or professional, but I propose it anyway given your situation:

    * If one of the folders is used very rarely, open the Explorer, then the C drive, and finally the "Données Ciel" folder. When you find the folder for the company you use very rarely, copy it elsewhere. As soon as you want to use it, copy it back to the original folder.
