Suis-je infecté?? Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
aujourd'hui, en voulant démarrer une conversation vidéo avec un de mes contacts , mon pc plante et je remarque que le processeur lui aussi augmente de son activité sans raison valable.
Je redémarre mon pc, réessaie, rien j ai la même réaction de mon pc.
J ai donc supposé que je suis infecté par un virus

Bonjour AKSO.

Télécharge l'éxécutable d'hijackthis sur ton bureau à l'adresse https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/11747-hijackthis/­ijackthis
Lance le. Si tu est sous vista, clique droit sur le fichier télécharger puis éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Clique sur Do a system scan and save a logfile.
Poste le contenu du rapport hijackthis qui s'ouvre.

REAMARQUE: Il est aussi sauvegarder dans C:\hijackthis.log

AKSO bonjour, si roro04   que je salut au passage, n'y voit pas d'inconvéniant, je vais essayer de t'aider , mais sur le hijackthis je vois rien côté infection, je vais te faire passer 3 outils pour faire le nettoyage sur le pc et on verra après , si tu est OK tu fais ce qui suit , Merci

1) passes USBfix option 2 

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
          Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
          Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus. 


• Telecharges et installes: http://pagesperso-orange.fr/NosTools/Chiquitine29/UsbFix.exe


 (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir


• Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisis "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .

• choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression )

• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

• Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 


Pendant son nettoyage, l'outil a récolté certains fichiers infectieux.
Nous vous demandons de nous les faire parvenir pour des futures mises à jour, ainsi que pour un meilleur traitement des infections.

2) passes list&kill"em tu fais option 1 et 2 à la suite


Desactive ton antivirus le temps de la manip ainsi que ton parefeu si présent(car il est detecté a tort comme infection) 

a) . Télécharge List&Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau 

. Branche clés usb , disques durs externes , mp3 , mp4 , etc.. 

double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation 

coche la case "creer une icone sur le bureau" 

une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul 

choisis la langue puis choisis l'option 1 = Mode Recherche 

. laisse travailler l'outil 

à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué. 

un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , mais ne le supprime pas pour l instant, le scan n'est pas fini. 

. Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED" 

tu peux supprimer le rapport catchme.log de ton bureau maintenant.

b) . Relance List&Kill'em(soit en clic droit pour vista),avec le raccourci sur ton bureau. 
mais cette fois-ci : 

. choisis l'option 2 = Mode Suppression 

laisse travailler l'outil. 

en fin de scan un rapport s'ouvre 

. colle le contenu dans ta reponse



3) fais un examen complet de ton pc avec malwarebytes


Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe


. enregistres le sur le bureau
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation  de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes
. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes  Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
. redemarre le pc si il le fait pas lui même
. une fois redémarré  double-cliques sur malwarebytes
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
. tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller

Moi non plus, je ne vois pas grand chose dans son rapport.
Je suis d'accord avec toi pour passer List&Kill'em, malwarebytes et USBFix.
Je te laisse continuer la procédure.
Je jette un coup d'oeuil de temps en temps.

mon pc était infécté par 3 malwares, c est ce que j ai pu deduire en effectuant Malwarebytes antimalwares
suis je obligés de faire les 2 autres methodes par précaution???
mais a part ca mon pc a repris son fonctionnement normal

Oui, c'est plus prudent de passer les deux autres outils. Il doit rester des restes d'infectection. 
Passe usbfix en option 2 (suppression) puis poste le rapport.
Passe List & kill'em d'abord en option 1 puis poste le rapport. Apprêt on verra s'il a détecter des choses.

essais de le télécharger en déactivant ton anti-virus car possible que se soit lui qui te le blocque !!

tu dis avoir passer malwarebytes et supprimé 3 malwares !! pourrais tu poster le rapport pour voir cela car celon les malwares possible qu'il fasse passer un autre outil plus spéciphique , pour être sur qu'il n'y ai plus de traces pour le poster :
. tu double-cliques sur malwarebytes pour l'ouvrir
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
. tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller

pour usbfix regarde les lignes marqué supprimer , iol a bien bossé dans malwarebytes C:\Users\Abdelali\Desktop\bureau2\Tune up utilities\Cracks\TuneUp.Utilities.2009-keygen.exe 
un cracks , tu fais un findykill option 2


 Télécharge FindyKill de El desaparecido  allias Chiquitine29 sur ton bureau :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] . 

• Au second menu choisis l'option 2 (suppression) et tape sur [entrée] 

• Le pc va redémarrer automatiquement ...

 le programme va travailler , ne touche à rien ... , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin ( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt )

bon lui ne trouve rien donc pas de reste du crack , mais ce qui me dérange c'est que tu n'arrives pas à télécharger list&kill"em, tu vériffis dans les paramètre de IE si tu as bien les 3 de coché au niveau téléchargement , dans IE tu cliques sur Outils et sur options internet , dans l'onglet sécurité tu cliques sur personnaliser le niveau et puis tu fais défiller la liste et complettement en bas tu as téléchargement et la tui regarde si tu as bien les 3 options de coché en activé !!

Tiens tu dois avoir un soucis avec ta connection peut etre au niveau des ports de ton parefeu windws (je parle pour le list&kill them que tu n'arrives pas a dll , donc je te l'ai uploadé.
Clique sur le lien et selectionnes upload.to attends 10 secondes et le bouton free download apparait. postes nous ton rapport en suite

1) passes OTCleanIT

Télécharge OTCleanIT d’Old Timer.

si ce lien ne marche pas essais avec celui-ci: http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/399-ots-oldtimers-system-scanner/ 
Enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau. 

Double clique " si tu es sous vista cliques droit et en tant que administrateursur " OTCleanit.exe pour l’exécuter. 
Clique sur CleanUp !. 
Le logiciel va te demander de commencer l’analyse. Accepte. 

Il te sera demandé le redémarrage de ton PC pour finir la suppression des fichiers et supprimer également OTCleanIT. Accepte. 
 

2) Et puis passes combofix que j'ai renommer en jacombo pour contrer certaine  infections

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

Supprimes éventuellement toute ancienne version de ComboFix de ton PC 

Télécharge Combofix.exe de sUBs renommé en jacombo sur ton Bureau:

 Déconnectes toi d'internet et désactives ton antivirus et toutes protection résidente, pour que Combofix puisse s'exécuter normalement. 


double-clique sur combofix.exe ou plutôt  jacombo et suis les instructions 

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt 

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware 

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. 

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

le pc va nettement mieux je ne rencontre plus le problème que j'avais, il est aussi devenu rapide quand je veux l'éteindre ou l'allumer

ok tu supprimes combofix de sur ton pc en le mettant à la corbeilles , et supprime le dossier C:\QooBox  et  C:\Combofix.txt 

et poste moi un hijackthis pour finaliser le nettoyage , merci

.enregistres le sur le bureau
.Tu fermes tout les programmes ouverts y compris le navigateur. sauf ton anti-virus et pare-feux
.installes le , il va s'installer par défaut dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
.Cliques sur "Do a system scan and save the logfile"
.Cela va t'ouvrir un bloc note à la fin du scan.
.Copie son contenu et poste le dans ton prochain message. sinon le rapport est dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\ hijackthis "document texte"

2) passes OTCleanIT il te resteras malwarebytes je te conseillerais de conserver


Télécharge OTCleanIT d’Old Timer.

Enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau. 

Double clique " si tu es sous vista cliques droit et en tant que administrateursur " OTCleanit.exe pour l’exécuter. 
Clique sur CleanUp !. 
Le logiciel va te demander de commencer l’analyse. Accepte. 

Il te sera demandé le redémarrage de ton PC pour finir la suppression des fichiers et supprimer également OTCleanIT. Accepte. 





3) passes ccleaner avec les réglages donnés

.enregistres le sur le bureau
.double-cliques sur le fichier pour lancer l'installation
.sur la fenêtre de l'installation langage bien choisir français et OK
.cliques sur suivant
.lis la licence et j'accepte
.cliques sur suivant
.la tu ne gardes de coché que mettre un raccourci sur le bureau et puis contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de Ccleaner
.cliques sur intaller
.cliques sur fermer
.double-cliques sur l'icône de Ccleaner pour l'ouvrir
.une fois ouvert tu cliques sur option et puis avancé
.tu décoches effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 24 heures
.cliques sur nettoyeur
.cliques sur windows et dans la colonne avancé
.cochesla première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-la 
.cliques sur analyse une fois l'analyse terminé
.cliques sur lancer le nettoyage et sur la demande de confirmation OK il vas falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois fini vériffis en appuiant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
.cliques maintenant sur registre et puis sur rechercher les erreurs
.laisses tout cochées et cliques sur réparrer les erreurs sélectionnées
.il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
.tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregistre
.cliques sur corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
.il supprime et fermer tu vériffis en relancant  rechercher les erreurs
.tu retournes dans option et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé  tu décoches la première case vieilles données du perfetch
.tu peux fermer Ccleaner

sinon la il te reste sur le pc comme outil malawarebytes et ccleaner , je te conseillerais de les conserver et d'utiliser régulièrement malwarebytes , mais toujours lui faire faire sa mise à jour avant de le lancer !!
et puis utilises ccleaner en fonction nettoyeur le plus souvant possible, le mieux est de lancer le nettoyage à chaque arrêt du pc ou de le mettre en automatique pour cette fonction !! et puis utilises le sur le registre après chaque désinstallation de programes
