Hello, I can make symbols like: &#9786;&#9787;&#9829;&#9830;&#9827;&#9824;•&#9688;&#9675;&#9689;&#9794;&#9792;&#9834;&#9835;&#9788;&#9658;&#9668;&#8597;&#8252;¶§&#9644;&#8616;&#8593;&#8595;&#8594;&#8592;&#8735;&#8596;&#9650; etc., but I don't know how to make the pair of scissors!!!!! please help me...

You go to the character table, and you choose "Wingdings" at the top (it’s at the very bottom...).

I'm not sure if the scissors symbol is there ...

Faster.
Go to Start, then Run, and type charmap.
You select the character to copy and insert it into your text.
