I would like to book tickets for the AC/DC concert, which is of course sold out for single tickets. The reservation site concert.com offers this possibility. However, I am unable to find any information about this site, whether it be positive or negative reviews. Can someone help me with this? Thank you in advance.

I just called the fraud department, and as you know, supposedly the site is located in England. If you want to start a procedure, you need to go to this address:

And on the map of France, select Nord-Pas-de-Calais; they are the ones handling cross-border issues.

You need to explain why you want to open a procedure and attach invoices, especially the address of the site www.réservation-concert.com. Be sure to clarify that you haven't received anything, including the number of days since your payment, and note that the site is still operational today. However, there's no need to go to the gendarmerie to file a complaint. I hope this helps move things along so you can get a refund.

I included all the relevant attachments, and even a screenshot of my account on the site www.reservation-concert.com, where the delivery status is still "pending"...
If we all work together, we might have a better chance of getting our money back!!!

I ordered 2 tickets for Muse on March 3rd, no news to this day, I sent a message last week, another one this morning, no response!

I was starting to get scared, but reading you all, now I completely lost my trust!

This is frustrating! I was so excited, and now I feel like I've been "screwed" (excuse the expression) out of €150!

I really thought that paying through Paypal was a guarantee, because like you, I had done research beforehand but couldn't find any information, so I took the plunge! Their site looks professional...

Are you sure there's not just a delay issue and that it will still arrive???

I ordered tickets for the Muse concert from this site on March 1st, I haven't received anything, I managed to get the mobile number of the person in charge of the site, he promised to send me the tickets by a courier on a certain day at a certain time, of course, I never saw the courier... And the guy from reservation-concert hasn't given any news since... For your information, I paid 156 euros!! If you want to get your money back, it's very simple, you call PayPal, explain to them, they will open a case for you and refund you... I was refunded within 10 days!!

Hi everyone,
I called PayPal this morning, and a gentleman told me that since March 1, 2010, there has been a new regulation at PayPal.
This means that anyone who pays via PayPal outside of eBay purchases will be fully refunded the amount paid in case of a dispute.
But for those who paid before March 1, 2010, they will be able to get refunded by PayPal only to the extent that PayPal can recover the amount from the seller.
As for me, my dispute made on PayPal on March 16, 2010 (purchase made on March 3, 2010) requires a wait of 10 days (that’s PayPal's policy) for the seller to respond; after that, it will be forwarded to the fraud department, and I will be fully refunded because PayPal will close my dispute in my favor after the 10 days.
I really hope it works out this way. I will keep you informed.
On the other hand, PayPal also told me to file a complaint against this site. And that if several of us do it, it would help move things along.
So, print your invoice
check the information of your account related to your order on the website in question and go file a complaint. I’m going to do that right away.
I even plan to inform the fraud enforcement agency and various associations.

I placed my order on 02/27, but it was debited from my bank on 03/05, so what will they say about this regulation lol; I'm waiting for a response from my bank just in case the insurance works for a scam...to be continued.

I already tried to file a complaint at the police station, but they refused to take the complaint because it's not a criminal matter. They told me to file a complaint at the commercial court, but for that, you have to get a lawyer. There's also the local court, but it takes a long time to deliberate and on top of that, you have to prepare your case yourself... Otherwise, for PayPal, they refunded my concert tickets in about ten days!!

Yes, indeed, it’s a scam. I still took the risk of testing this site; but like you, I have had no response to my emails, the customer service is non-existent (contrary to what is stated on the site) and of course I haven't received my tickets. I will also be contacting PayPal again to get a refund. However, do you have any idea of the time required for the refund? Thank you for your responses. A bit late for me, but at least I hope they will be helpful to other people.

I'm afraid it's unfortunately not an issue of delays. And indeed, they are not responding to any emails. I took the risk of trusting them since there is a possibility of payment via PayPal. But I contacted PayPal and they told me that anyone can use their services; they do not verify whether the seller is reliable or not. The only guarantee we have is the ability to open a dispute to get a refund when the seller does not comply with the "contract." So for my part, I'm still waiting until tomorrow, just in case, and I will call PayPal again to report the dispute. Because I still want to get my money back and be able to go to this concert.

Like you, I got caught; I tried to call, but it tells me all lines are busy, and now they have removed the number from their site. Well, I checked on PayPal, we have a 45-day deadline to claim, I'll give myself a few more days, you never know! (Well yeah, I've always been optimistic!)

Anyway, this really pisses me off! I was supposed to go with my sister, and I was treating her for her birthday! I was so excited about being in the front rows, I had taken lawn seats :-(

At the same time, I found it a bit sketchy for several reasons:

- only 2 concerts on sale!
- No tracking number for the package!
- And when you Google the name of the site, it doesn't even come up!

I'm so bummed! There are really people who have no scruples!

I also bought 2 tickets for Muse that I haven't received... However, the charge was immediate, indeed!!
So I called Paypal and opened a dispute. The guy on the phone told me they give the seller 10 days to respond (i.e., to send the tickets), and after that, they would start the process of closing his Paypal account and my refund. But on that part, the guy wasn't very clear and didn't give me the timelines for me to get my refund. On the Paypal site, they indicate a delay of 30 days. I'll see and will continue to keep my fingers crossed hoping to receive my tickets, but I don't believe it at all anymore after all the negative messages I've seen about this site...

so to respond to Tourel, go online to the PayPal site, you'll find their number there (at least this one is valid and there's a real customer service on the other end, lol) and you just need to explain the problem. However, we agree that for those who want to get a refund, it's better to have used PayPal for the payment, because otherwise I have no idea what the process is (maybe the police?). So there you go... for me it's the same, I sincerely hope I can get these tickets, but honestly with this site, I'm starting to lose hope, even if it's good to be optimistic!! Hoping everyone will get what they are owed, but for now I have no idea about the timeline either!!

The best way in my opinion is to leave a message on the various music, concert, fraud forums... and to use the keywords "reservation-concert.com". That way, people who want to search for this site will find a link online. There it is... otherwise, I will also report tomorrow that we are several in this situation.

Baggio, I think Tourel paid via Paypal but I didn’t open an account with them, that’s what I did too, but I have since opened my account.
However, if you didn’t pay through them, unfortunately, they won’t be able to help you!

And one more person added to the ranks of the scammed.. for the MUSE concert. I also contacted PayPal and informed them that we are many who had a very bad surprise. I haven't started the refund process yet, it seems complicated.. The hardest part is realizing that we won't see the concert .. gnarrkkk !!
I might be a bit naive, but if we left a message on the band's website for which we booked, do you think they would do something for the poor French fans?? Otherwise, there's nothing left but to buy the live DVD ..

However, they told me that I was the first to report the dispute regarding the website "reservation-concert.com"! This surprised me because from the previous messages I read on this forum, it seemed to me that I wasn't the first.

Hello Mimick, my boyfriend had the same issue with the concert tickets for Muse. He bought them for my birthday and it's been 20 days and we still haven't received anything... He is supposed to call today, so you won't be alone in filing a dispute. 150 euros is quite a lot of money and it frustrates me that sites like reservation-concert.com are profiting while we work every day to treat ourselves once a year. It's really disgusting to scam honest people! Anyway, a dispute needs to be filed and then the site where you bought your tickets has two weeks to send you the tickets (if they have them...) or refund you, otherwise, I think the site locks their account... Anyway, if there’s an error, let us know. My boyfriend and I are waiting for your news and please let us know if you miraculously receive your tickets or if the situation improves. Thank you.

This is my first time ordering online, but I don’t really understand PayPal; I paid with my credit card under PayPal, for which I received a confirmation email, but I didn't have an account with them.
When I reported the problem to them, all the information I had about this site turned out to be false (phone number, which they have removed, email, address, and so on). I ordered my tickets on March 3rd, paid through PAYPAL, and haven't heard anything since. Moreover, the supplier's address on the invoice is really fake (CSI OCTAGON MY ADDRESS ?????). I also filed a claim with PAYPAL. Do you really think we will be refunded and how can we prevent others from getting scammed???

I’ve been here before. So I opened a dispute case with PayPal yesterday, and I got confirmation, for those who were still hoping, that for concert tickets, it’s dead! Because when I sent my dispute message, I received a message from PayPal saying that they were stopping my dispute procedure and turning it into a claim, because the seller cannot fulfill our orders!
I was still hoping, every day I checked my mailbox hoping to receive a registered mail! At the same time, without the tracking number!

After the order, weren’t there things that scared you a bit? Like, no tracking number, nothing on our order history, just order n°444, the emails sent by RC to confirm our order labeled as from "unknown," when you go to "print invoice," it doesn’t look very professional as a document: for the sender, it just says: CSI OCTAGON - MY ADDRESS - France. And Invoice n° remains blank, etc. ...

I was really starting to get scared and I searched for info again on the site, and that’s when I found you and got confirmation of my suspicions :-(

I don’t know what pissed me off the most at first: not going to see Muse, or telling my husband "You were right, it was a scam!" :-)

They thought of everything, those bastards, even the shipping costs!

I found 2 sites in early March that still had tickets, maybe I should have tried the other one! I made a random choice not finding any info!

Anyway, PayPal is going to have a lot of claims, I hope it will lead to something!

As for me, I will follow your advice, on Monday (the offices are closed) I'll call the fraud repression in my region and ask for advice, but I think PayPal has seen that things were taking a funny turn and that it wasn't good for their publicity because when I called two days ago they didn't inform me of their new law but told me that getting a refund wasn't a sure thing, unless you order on eBay, but they don't mention that there are quite a few complaints about this site. If the necessary isn't done in our favor, and it continues like this, we'll all end up at Courbet's lol.

Just to let you know that I ordered my concert tickets on 27.02.2010 for ACDC and like you, I've been scammed! I just contacted Paypal and they told me that for a refund it will depend on the seller's Paypal account balance: basically, we're really getting screwed over!

I think it's necessary for us to get in touch and clearly we need to stir things up, because I paid €157!! And in these times, that's a fortune! What do you suggest? And for those who have already filed a dispute with Paypal, do you have any updates?
