Impossible d'installer avg 9Résolu/Fermé

Bonjour,
mon problème est le suivant, je télécharge avg 9 depuis leur site et quand l'installation démarre ça me dit l'installation à échoué etc etc... bref en gros à chaque fois que je veux l'installer ça veut pas pouvez-vous m'aider?!!!

OK on va voir cela de plus près.

a) Télécharge et installe le logiciel HijackThis  :

-->Clique sur le setup pour lancer l'installation : laisse toi guider et ne modifie pas les paramètres d'installation .
A la fin de l’installation, le programme se lance automatiquement : ferme le en cliquant sur la croix rouge.
Au final, tu dois avoir un raccourci sur ton bureau et aussi un cheminement comme :
"C:\ program files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe " .

(Ne lance pas ce prg pour l'instant et fais la suite ... )

b) Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer.

Clic droit sous VISTA (exécuter en tant que…)

-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " .

* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months

* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...


-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-notes).

Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...

Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante ...
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum ...
( Et si "log.txt" seul, ne passe pas non plus , fais le en 2 fois ... merci ... )

( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit

Essaie aussi de redémarraer ton ordinateur. Sur le site d'AGV, ils disent que cela peut venir de l'installation des bibliothèques Microsoft Visual C++ dans le système d'exploitation Windows et qu'il faut redémarraer le systeme.

Pour les supprimer on va utiliser l'outil Toolbar s&d.

Déconnecte toi d'internet et désactive tes protections en temps réelle.
Double clique sur le fichier télécharger et suis les instructions d'installation.

Tape F puis valide par entrer.
Choisis l'option 1 puis valide par entrer.
La recherche commence, ne touche surtout à rien, ton ecran risque de se figer. Le scan dure normalement quelques minutes.
A la fin du scan, un rapport s'ouvre, copi-colle le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Remarque: le rapport est aussi sauvegarder dans C:\TB.txt

Redémarre ton ordinateur et reposte un rapport RSIT.

1/ Désactive la resauration system et redémarre ton ordinateur
Pour désactiver la restauration system:

		
1 Dans la barre des tâches de Windows, cliquez sur Démarrer.

2 Cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur Poste de travail puis cliquez sur Propriétés.
3 Dans l'onglet Restauration du système, sélectionnez Désactiver la Restauration du système ou Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs. Si vous ne voyez pas l'onglet Restauration du système, vous n’êtes pas connecté sous Windows comme Administrateur.

4 Cliquez sur Appliquer. 
5 Lorsque le message de confirmation apparaît, cliquez sur Oui.
6 Cliquez sur OK.

Ensuite réactive là en faisant la même manipulation décrite si dessus en recochant la case Désactiver la Restauration du system.

2/ Ensuite télécharge CCleaner à l'adresse https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/5647-ccleaner/

Installe le en suivant les instructions. Décoche juste la case Installer la barre d'outil Yahoo dans les option d'installation.

Lance CCleaner. Va dans option, avancer puis décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichier temporaire plus vieux que 24H.
Retourne dans l'onglet nettoyeur. Clique sur nettoyer.

Réésaie de relancer Hijackthis en tant qu'administrateur.

Clique droit, exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

j'ai essayer mais le probleme persiste toujours ce n'est pas grave, j'ai de toute façon installé norton 2010 pour 15 jours ça devrait le faire mais merci beaucoup l'aide que tu m'a apporté c'était très gentil à toi!

OK de rien slt. Autrement, essaie de désinstaller ses barre infectée manuellement. Ils disent aussi sur le site D'AGV de télécharger Microsoft visual C++ à l'adresse https://microsoft-visual-c.fr.softonic.com/ je l'installer, de redémarrer son ordinateur et normalement c'est sensser marcher.
