Hello,
I installed Office One 6.5 on my new Windows 7 PC, the installation ended with an error message:
"Access violation at address 100069CC in module cdintf-dll. Reading from address 000003C "
I uninstalled this software, everything is uninstalled except OFFICE PDF Manager 6.5 (that's where the error message is displayed!! and this message appears every time I start Windows!!!
Could someone explain the detailed manipulation because I'm not an expert!!!
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Uninstall in the control panel, at the top right you have categories, click on the little arrow and select large icons, then look for programs and features
there you click on the folder and uninstall.

I uninstalled it, this message appears, I reinstalled it and still this cursed message!!!!!
What's strange is that the message I can't decipher has been resolved on How it works, but I don't know what manipulation to do.

The message states: "checks+fixes: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [OoPDFSettingsv6.exe] C:\Program Files\OFFICE One6.5\OFFICE One PDF Manager\OoPDFSettingsv6.exe"

For me, it's gibberish!!
If someone can decipher this message for me?
Thank you in advance.

and yet it's this Office on PDF Manager 6.5 that is annoying
uninstall it, reinstall it and see what happens
