Orange color canon printer

Hello, my Canon Pixma IP 3000 prints everything in orange. Why is that? I did the deep cleaning, but nothing changes! Please help me!
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

    Did you think that your cartridges might be almost empty?
    Or then you go to 'printers', you select your printer and then I don't remember how, normally you have software tools provided with it, you have 'printhead cleaning', 'cleaning of ...' but already if you could tell us the model numbers it would be easier.
