Resultat malwarebytes, registre infecté

Bonjour,
Apres avoir lu certains posts sur malwarebytes et son efficacité, j'ai décidé par curiosité de faire une analyse de mon système, et le résultat est surprenant : 13 infections dans une analyse rapide (j'ai d'abord tenté une analyse complète mais j'ai vu qu'il scannait sans cesse les mêmes fichiers de framework alors j'ai stoppé pour une analyse rapide).

Dans les infections se trouve des éléments du registre mais ayant eu de mauvaises expériences par le passé, j'aimerais votre avis, puis-je supprimer ces clé sans risque?
