Bonjour,
mon ordi portable fonctionnait très bien avec IExplorer, jusqu'à ce qu'on me conseille d'utiliser Firefox Mozilla, que j'ai installé.
Depuis, des pages de pub s'affichent dans la barre de menu du bas (elles ne s'ouvrent pas mais des onglets apparaissent et ça ralentit ma connexion. ce sont des sites commerciaux, sans contenu offensant . Si je n'y fais pas attention, il peut y en avoir 4 ou 5, que je suis obligée de fermer une par une par clic droit fermer)
J'ai désinstallé Firefox, mais ces onglets de pub persistent.
Je ne suis pas une experte, et après avoir zoné à la recherche d'une solution, je ne me vois pas manipuler la base de registre. J'ai recherché dans le panneau de config s'il ne restait pas de trace suspecte, mais RAS, pas plus qu'avec le scan minutieux d'Avast.
Si vous avez une solution simple... merci d'avance.

Nous allons utiliser un logiciel de diagnostique ce qui va nous permettre de voir ce qui se passe
* Télécharge Random's system information tool (RSIT) => http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
* Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
* Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
* Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
* Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports.
( C:\RSIT\log.txt & C:\RSIT\info.txt )
(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Tes supports amovibles sont infectés. Ceci signifie qu'à chaque fois que tu les insères dans un PC et que tu les ouvre, tu infectera le PC dans lequel sont introduits tes supports amovibles. Pour y remédier :
* Rends-toi à cette adresse afin de télécharger UsbFix (créé par Eldesapareicido

* Clique sur TÉLÉCHARGER et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

* Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, lecteur mp3/mp4, cartes SD.... etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
* Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau, l'installation se fera automatiquement
* Choisi l'option 1 (recherche)
* Laisse travailler l'outil
* Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra
Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque
