search USB 2.0 serial driver for Windows 7

Hello,

I am looking for a driver for a USB 2.0-to-serial port that is compatible with Windows 7.
Where can I find this?
I want to specify that I am specifically looking for a driver made for Windows 7 because I have already tried to install a Vista driver, but it does not work. An error message appears during the installation and prevents the installation.

For a USB 2.0 - RS232 SERIAL DB9 cable (converter) that is intended to connect a piano keyboard to the computer, I need a driver for the cable itself.  Marinet

I searched and there shouldn't be a need for drivers for the cable, but rather for the piano. I think that by installing software to make music, it would recognize the piano that is connected. It's worth a try.

Yes, unfortunately a driver is required for the cable. By the way, a driver was provided on a CD with the cable at the time of purchase but it was intended for Vista, not Windows 7.
I already have a driver for the piano (which refuses to install because it does not recognize the device, due to the cable not functioning properly, because of the lack of driver for the cable...) and I have all the necessary software for music.
