Make a block on your card and request a new bank card for loss. They are vo.....s and based in Romania. Inform your bank advisor immediately.

When they sent you the invoice, there was the website address. Reply to the email with your first name, last name, username, billing number, amount paid, and the reason.

easy!
The only way to avoid the card charge is to report your lost credit card. You need to take the steps with your bank, but it's cheaper than dragging along flirtfair for months.
Good luck!

Hello, I signed up and while reading the FAQ, I saw that I had to send an email a few days before the 2 weeks to their support services, but I want to point out that this site is a scam. I understand their system: They charge 10 euros for 14 days, but once you unsubscribe, new subscribers continue to see your profile as if you were active, they send you messages but you can't respond because you need to re-subscribe and that costs 39.90 euros for 3 months. I think it's a breach of trust; with all the 10 euros collected here and there, it makes a fortune for these scammers. I wrote to them but, of course, got no reply, so beware, it's a SCAM!

Yes, you can cancel your profile on your own in the contact section - cancel the profile. Otherwise, write to them because it's not normal, they are obliged to delete your data if you request it. I believe the address is service@support-ff.fr.

I have exactly the same problem since yesterday after receiving a message saying they were going to withdraw 119.70 from my account. I wrote them a little note saying that I do not authorize them to make this withdrawal without my consent, and moreover, they did not send me a reminder to inform me of the end of the trial period. But this company is based abroad, so let's see if they take my threats of legal action for organized fraud seriously. What can be done against people like that, who are so unscrupulous?

This site is a scam, don't pay anything at all, it's not worth it, worthless.

(5) The User can terminate their subscription to flirtfair's free services at any time. They just need to click on the "contact" tab at the bottom of the page, and then select "Cancel my profile" from the dropdown menu. The User also has the option to cancel their profile for free by sending an email to resiliation@support-ff.fr, indicating their username as well as the reasons for their unsubscription, for informational purposes.

Sincerely

Hello, if I file a complaint for fraudulent use of my credit card for 119€, will they know that this site is the cause??? And will I therefore get a refund?

Do the same as me, file a complaint against your bank because on the 25th there was a free trial offer and on the 27th I can no longer access the site, it smells like a scam.
One wonders if it's not intentional.
