Acer aspire one avec linux

Bonjour, j ai acheter d occasion un acer aspire one avec linux dessus et je voudrais liberer de la memoire car j ai deja 7 giga sur 8 de plein et je ne sais pas quel programme sont utile et les quel on ete enregistrer par le precedent proprietaire ou sinon comment retablir l ordinateur comme si il etait neuf pour pouvoir mettre des programmes a moi voici la liste de mes fichier:
