Convert RAR to NDS

Hello,
I am looking for a free software to convert a rar file to nds. I have WinRAR and 7zip but it requires a password, so please help me. 
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

      sans vouloir te vexer, un fichier RAR n'est pas un dossier, on ne peut pas l'extraire !
