A game keeps causing me to restart over and over.

Hello,
I am new and I need help. On my PC, I installed ToCa Race Driver 2. First, I had to run it as an administrator, and then it asks me "you need to restart your computer to complete the driver installation." I restart my PC and then, when I come back, it tells me again to restart, I restart, and then it asks again to restart (still to finalize the driver installation) and it doesn't stop. Can someone help me get out of this problem and tell me how to finally play this game?
So please help me

    I'm sorry, but it still doesn't work, it keeps asking me to restart, it won't go any further.
    (It was working correctly on Windows XP)
