Change channel without remote

Hello,
my dog ate the remote, I just ordered a new one at 1077 but in the meantime I wanted to know if there is a trick to change the channel? Thank you for your replies.
Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 532.5

Hello,

Same issue, my daughter broke the remote control of the neuf box this morning, the customer service informed me that they would send me a remote control within 7 days and that they could change the channel I'm stuck on remotely. You have to be prepared for the programs for 7 days!!!
Heads up everyone, it needs to be put out of reach now!!!
