Bonjour,
J'ai supprimer les fichiers infesté à la fin du programme malwarebyte's comme précisé sur un autre forum , l'ordi à redemarré vachement mieux sans xp guardian qui c'était mis tous seul, avast est réapparu et ca marchait mieux mais avast me trouve encore des virus toutes les heures(exemple JS:Prontexi-O [Trj] : supprimer ou mettre en quarantaina avec avast?)....sait plus quoi faire (j'avais déjà rsit et hijaksis depuis un mois car infesté par antivir 2010)... voici les rapports...

C'est d'ailleurs bizarre sur ce dernier rapport il ne detecte rien alors qu'il en detectait 4 et qu'il c'est arreté intempestivement

(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir
• Double clic sur "UsbFix.exe" présent sur ton bureau ( clic droit "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista & 7 )
• Choisis l'option F pour français et tape sur [entrée] .
• Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche ) et tape sur [entrée] .
• Laisse travailler l'outil.
• Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.
• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )
• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

impossible d'aller au bout du 2 usbfix....
1ere fois ca bloque à 15% du "arrêt des processus
2ème fois ca bloque à 43% (pas de changement en 1h)
3eme fois ca bloque à 15 % à nouveau et ca fait 2 heures que rien ne bouge (les 15% passe en 15 secondes donc j'ai l'impression que ca bloque quelque part)...aucun nouveau rapport à poster

Attête usbfix,
la première fois, tu as lancé MBAM en mode sans echec, la deuxième, en mode normal .

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
► Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
/!\INSTALLES LA CONSOLE DE RECUPERATION
/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)
► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.
Si ça ne marche pas, tu vires combofix de sur ton bureau et tu télécharge depuis ce lien jacombo qui est combofix renommé cela permet de contrer certaine infection, tu le mets sur ton bureau et tu suis les explications données dans la procédure de combofix

Attête usbfix,
la première fois, tu as lancé MBAM en mode sans echec, la deuxième, en mode normal .
► Télécharges ComboFix à partir de ce lien et enregistres le sur ton bureau :

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
► Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
/!\INSTALLES LA CONSOLE DE RECUPERATION
/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)
► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.
Si ça ne marche pas, tu vires combofix de sur ton bureau et tu télécharge depuis ce lien jacombo qui est combofix renommé cela permet de contrer certaine infection, tu le mets sur ton bureau et tu suis les explications données dans la procédure de combofix

1 j'ai tenté l'installation et l'execution de combofix il me semblait que tout c'était bien passé (mis sur le bureau- renommé- il a installé la console de récup avec succés , finit les 41 étapes et redémaré) mais aucun rapport n'est apparu et impossible de le trouver à l'emplacement C:\Combofix.txt (ou meme C:\Bibitte.txt vu que je l'ai renommé comme ca comme dans les consigne sur ce lien

est ce que tu trouves sur ton pc, à la raçine, un dossier appellé Qoobox ?
si oui, c'est que combofix a fait son boulot

Bon trêve de plaisanterie,
le scan de findykill à réussi à se terminer en 2 heures,
1 par contre il m'a demander de déconnecter mes clé usb et disk dur externe au début/milieu du processus (au redémarrage ) et je n'ai pas oser les rebrancher après (pendant qu'il scannait) donc je ne sais pas si tout le boulot a été bien fait.
2 j'ai recu un rapport d'erreur windows à la fin
3 des fenêtres internet ( une je ne me souviens plus et une face book...ou je ne suis pas inscrite) se sont aussi ouverte à la fin
4 Je suis vraiment une chèvre en informatique donc précisez moi bien si il faut que je deconnecte avast avant chaque processus et précisé moi aussi quand je devrais enlever tous ce que je suis en train de mettre sur mon ordi car ca s'accumule(: RSIT, malwarebyte's, usbfix, Combofix/alias Bibitte, findykill)

Désactive ton antivirus le temps de la manip ainsi que ton parefeu si présent(car il est détecte a tort comme infection)
Télécharge et installe List&Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau

double clique ( clic droit "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation
coche la case "créer une icône sur le bureau"
une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul
choisis la langue puis choisis l'option 1 = Mode Recherche
laisse travailler l'outil
à l'apparition de la fenêtre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué.
un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , mais ne le supprime pas pour l instant, le scan n'est pas fini.
Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'écran "COMPLETED"

gros gros bugage avec List&Kill'em ....écran tout bleu avec message d'erreurs très inquiétant (mémoire vidé, etc...) .impossible de redémarrer en mode normal du premier coup: écran tout noir, un _ en haut à gauche(je suis donc actuellement sans échec avec prise en charge réseau)
je crois que j'ai oublié de déconnecter avast à la dernière manip!
et je crois qu'il vaut mieux que j'aille me coucher car j'ai bien peur de faire d'autre connerie!

• Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
Une fois le scan fini, 2 rapports vont apparaître. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports séparément. Ils se trouvent sur c :
(log.txt & info.txt)

• Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
Une fois le scan fini, 2 rapports vont apparaître. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports séparément. Ils se trouvent sur c :
(log.txt & info.txt)
(CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)
j'avais bien vu que j'avais 2 helpers pour moi! benurrr et toi mais je ne savais pas trop comment ca marchait votre site et j'ai donc recontacter celui que je voyais dans les derniers post sur le forums virus.

repasse un rsit, mais si tu l'as déjà utilisé, tu n'auras qu'un seul rapport,

ton rapport n'est pas complet mais fait quand même l'option 2
▶ Relance List&Kill'em(soit en clic droit pour vista),avec le raccourci sur ton bureau.
mais cette fois-ci :
▶ choisis l'option 2 = Mode Suppression
laisse travailler l'outil.
en fin de scan un rapport s'ouvre
▶ colle le contenu dans ta réponse

ok , j'ai refais la meme avec le disk dur ext + les 2 clés usb
par contre je suis trop tete de linotte et je ne suis plus sur d'avoir fait le 2 ou le 1 (je pense le 2 quand meme mais quand je suis dans le doute comme ca , y a plus rien pour me rememorer!)
