Probleme avec movie maker

Bonjour
everytime I create my own video using movie maker I succed but when I want to put it in face book or any other blog they tell me it is impossible to do so because of the size or somthing like this :-((
any suggestions ??

its probably in relation with the format of your videos but im not realy sure
