How to read a xxx.torrent file

I received a file with the .torrent extension and I can't open it. I would appreciate some online help.

    Hi, you need to download a Torrent program.
    Basically, the .torrent file just tells the Torrent software where to go to find the file to download.

    Download uTorrent or Azureus.
