My screen is making a noise. Solved

Hello, I have an HP vs19e monitor that makes a noise when it's on, and I would like to know if anyone knows why?

your screen has a built-in speaker,
whether manually (on the front of the monitor, not with the Windows software) or by remote control, turn its volume to zero.
its internal volume must have been increased, this can be done with the remote control of the TV if your monitor is of the same brand.
you may have directed this remote control poorly
and of course, you couldn't know if you have a pair of speakers for your PC connected to your sound card.

this is a possible case, as it happened to me (Samsung monitor, Samsung TV in the same room...)

otherwise: sound card option mute or lower microphone/webcam inputs for example..

Did you try to make your screen brighter or darker? I've seen something like this in O/C (it's not the same, but it's electronics)

If you have a USB device that you recently disconnected while the PC was off and reconnected later, disconnect it via the taskbar and then restart. Let us know if the monitor is still making noise when opening multiple browser windows or other programs.

The screen has its own power source, I don't think it can come from the new motherboard, but as you said it's getting too technical! I'm giving up :) See you!
