Hello,
yesterday the company Herbalife convinced me to become a distributor of their products. I paid online (they were waiting on the phone for me to do it), at the time I was full of hope but now I know that I've made a terrible mistake and I want to retract.
I know I have 7 days but I have no documents! I can't access the transaction site!
What should I do since I currently have no documents and will I get back my €148 paid online?
Please help me!!!!
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

Good evening,
I only discovered your fears regarding Herbalife today...
1° Herbalife did not sell you anything. It was a (or a) Herbalife distributor who is self-employed who sold you a Kit.
2° You have a contract inside this kit that provides you with all the details regarding this retraction... Namely, not 7 days, but 30 or even 90 days.
Furthermore, when you receive the Kit, as long as you have not filled out the contract that is inside, your kit is "new"!!! It is therefore unused and worth its price (less possibly shipping!) as long as it remains unused. You can therefore return it to your "sponsor" who will refund you without question. That is Herbalife's policy! And the kit represents the price of the products inside.
3° I have been a distributor myself for several years (since 2004) and despite what can be read on the Internet, these are truly products of great, very high quality. 95% of the people who express themselves don’t know what they're talking about and spread rumors. They don't know the facts: YOU CANNOT, for example, BE SICK with these products. It is scientifically impossible unless you have food allergies!!! And possibly gluten allergies for certain products... (But people with this allergy, unfortunately, know all too well, and always discuss it around them as they must monitor their diet...).
Becoming a distributor will allow you to have products that have proven themselves for 30 years, that have received numerous awards, that are monitored by reputable scientists, even in France!!! ABSOLUTELY. With your Kit, you have the opportunity to purchase them freely from Herbalife. You have no obligation to make purchases at any specific time or to meet a minimum turnover. You can make it a professional activity or simply a way to get products for yourself or your loved ones... Most of my clients are also distributors to benefit from at least a 25% discount and have all become friends.
However, it is better for a true relationship of trust to be established with your sponsor, who must be there to help you, not to push you to consume.
I have no interest in writing what I write. I simply want to reassure you and tell you that you have an opportunity in your hands that you can exploit whenever you want without any constraints. This is the world of Direct Sales and the opportunities it offers. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns. Yours amicably.

Are you sure that Herbalife products are of very high quality? They are mostly expensive.

In France, cases of kidney problems and various diseases have been recorded following the use of Herbalife.

The Spanish Agency for Medicines warns of the risks of liver damage from consuming Herbalife products. Here is the report from the poison control center:

Good evening,

A friend in England bought me the distributor kit last year around November. She urged me to fill out the papers that came with it, and I did.
Since then, I haven't done anything with Herbalife, and apart from a welcome letter, I have zero contact with them, and moreover, the friend in question is no longer talking to me!!

I would like to know if I need to send a letter to Herbalife to possibly remove myself from their list of distributors, and if so, to what address and what should I write to them.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Good evening.

Get out of this scam as quickly as possible.

I gave, and especially, lost a lot.

I am still paying today for my recklessness.

Hello,
I bought Herbalife 5 days ago, 3 boxes of powder and 3 boxes of tea. However, I changed my mind and I no longer want them. I was made to sign a paper but I was not given a copy. How can I get a refund? The merchant has already cashed the first check. I told him over the phone that I no longer wanted them but he wouldn’t listen. Help me, what should I do?

Good evening,

I don't have much to add to Bertrand2M's comments.
I also purchased the kit three years ago, so I benefit from the products with a 25% discount.
The price of the kit corresponds to the value of the goods inside, which are consumable.
Since you haven't signed anything, you are free to withdraw.
The distributor will refund you the price of the kit if you change your mind.
The respect and reputation of Herbalife depend on this; scams are not tolerated in the company's policy.
I myself have a commercial registry as a sales intermediary, which allows me to resell the products with a 25% profit minus taxes.
I have a good relationship with the person who offered me the kit.
I don't feel pressured by him to sell more; he is there to answer my questions and encourages me to take the leap towards creating my own sales point, but without any pressure.
The only contract I have is with Herbalife.
The kit is the price of the goods and the license with Herbalife to be able to purchase at a 25% discount.
The renewal of the license for one year as a simple buyer is approximately €6 in Belgium.
Feel free to contact me if you have any concerns.
