Yes, I have the same issue on my laptop. If you find out what's going on, send me a message. I think I need to reformat the PC; that's what I've been advised.

If it's Orange, I believe it's a scam. Me too, everything is down: internet connection and laptop. After having spoken to them on the phone, they offer to send a technician for 50 euros to connect me to Wi-Fi. They know very well how to do it, and I think it's all intentional.

Hello,

I had the same issue and I struggled with it for a long time. I entered the key, pressed the button on the livebox to pair it, and it didn’t work. After alternating between "reading network address" and "automatic", the connection status remained on "automatic".

Eventually, I decided to test by retyping the key but making sure to use uppercase letters, which I hadn't been doing until then. And there, in an instant, it worked. Fortunately, I was an IT technician for nearly 4 years… (-;

The fact is that the livebox does not identify the key as incorrect and therefore does not give the corresponding error message, which does not clue us in on the uppercase/lowercase error. I even think that sometimes it manages to connect even if there are lowercase letters in the key, but it only lasts a very short time and the status goes back to automatic.

Best regards

Hello, I have 2 PCs and I am connected to my Wi-Fi, but when I take another PC, it shows no connection in my wireless connections. What can I do?

Good evening
I spent 8 evenings until midnight with my internet working fine on the local network but with stability issues on wifi for my PC and iPhone. I returned the livebox for an exchange and, oh miracle, when I installed the new box, everything connected in 10 minutes and everything is running smoothly....
As a computer-savvy friend of mine pointed out, for this type of product, there are no alternatives, you don't mess around, it either works or the device has a problem, and you just replace it.

It has happened to me too, you just need to find it. There should be a button on your computer that allows you to quickly disconnect from the internet; you might have pressed it accidentally. So, you need to find it and reactivate it.

I read all of this carefully as I'm also having trouble connecting. I checked all the settings, my only issue being that when I check "enable Wi-Fi" in the Wi-Fi settings, even after clicking "save," the box becomes unchecked. What can I do? Thank you.
