PC qui plante Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,

Comme beaucoup, j'utilise mon ordinateur tous les jours et jusqu'a ce matin, tout fonctionnais normalement.

Que se passe-t-il ?

De temps en temps, mon pc va se figer puis, quelques temps après planter.
Si je met le son, lorsqu'il se fige, j'entend un bip interminable venant de mes enceintes, l'ordi fonctionne toujours, je peux bouger la souris, aller de fenêtres en fenêtres mais c'est souvent de courte durée car il plante carrément après avec le pcspeaker qui hurle à mourrir.

Ce qui reste surprenant, c'est que si je me sers de photoshop par exemple, j'ai l'impression que mon pc pourrait passer la nuit entière avant de planter, de plus, craignant avoir un hdd défectueux, je voudrais rajouter que mes disques répondent au quart de tour.

as tu vériffié si tu n'avais pas un problème de surchauffe au niveau du processeur ?? ouvre ta tour et supprimes la poussière surtout entre les aillettes de refroidissement du processeur avec un coup d'air comprimé !!! 

sinon pour faire le point sur une possible infection postes un RSIT pour commencer , Merci

Je viens d'ouvrir mon pc, a par un peu de poussiere, rien de bien méchant, j'ai des filtres a air et mon uc fait tres peu de bruit.

Concernant de RSIT, je choppe ça ou ?

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
* laisses le chois 1 month 
• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

pourquoi t'as pas d'anti-virus sur ton pc ??? 

tu fais usbfix en option 2 en espérant que le pc plante pas pendant sinon on fera l'option 4 mais en mode sans echec

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
          Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
          Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus. 


• Télécharges et installes : http://pagesperso-orange.fr/NosTools/Chiquitine29/UsbFix.exe
 

 (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

• choisis l'option 2 ( Suppression )

• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

• Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

Pendant son nettoyage, l'outil a récolté certains fichiers infectieux.

à ma question de pourquoi tu n'as pas d'anti-virus tu as une réponse tous comme la version de ton windows ??? merci de répondre honnêtement !! 

je te proposes de passer list-kill"em tu fais l'option 1 tu postes le rapport et tu fais directement l'option 2 !! 


Desactives la protection residente de ton antivirus et ton parefeu et anti-spyware si present , le temps du scan 

passes List&Kill'em 

télécharges le sur le bureau :  http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/829108531491024/List_Killem_Install.exe


il ne demande pas d'installation tu doubles cliques dessus " pour vista clique droit et en tant que administrateur "

tu mets f pour français et valides avec entrée 

tu choisis 1= Mode Recherche  et entrée tu le laisse travailler et tu postes le rapport 

il est sinon conservé à la racine du disque système

un deuxieme rapport va s'ouvrir ,

pas de problème avec cet outil que gen-hacman nous met à disposition que vindows le trouve dangeureux !!

Fais analyser le(s) fichier(s) suivants sur Virustotal :

relance List_Kill'em option desinstaller ensuite je ne vois plus rien de mechant..... peut etre un peu de menage Pour nettoyer les outils utilsés et mieux sécuriser ton pc -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ▶---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2sur ton Bureau. * Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer. * Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir. * Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. * Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives. * Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport. * Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\). ___________________________________________________ ▶ Tu peux supprimer ToolCleaner ___________________________________________________ ▶ Télécharge :ATF Cleaner par Atribune Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme.
