XP anti virus

Bonjour,

Après vérification il s'agit de "l'Antivirus XP 2010".
Comme je vous l'expliquais, cela me bloque complétement l'accès à Internet.
Dois télécharger des logiciels à partir d'un autre ordinateur, les mettre sur une clés USB puis les coller sur le bureau?
Dans l'affirmative, quel logiciels dois-je télécharger et quelles sont les démarches?
