problème allerte Virus Protector

Question

Bonjour,
depuis 2 jours, j'ai une alerte spyware qui s'affiche à l'ecran, avec windows. J'ai essayé plusieurs téléchargemnt pour trouver une solution à ce problème , tels que:smitfraudfix,pctools, hijackthis.Je n'arrive toujours pas en enlever cette alerte. En faisant une analyse avec pc speed maximizer, il m' a été indiqué que j'avais trojan downloader. Je n 'y comprends rien , est ce que quelqun pourrait m 'aider , en détail, car je ne suis pas experte en la matiere, et ça fait 2 jours que je me promène avec ça sur mon ordi et j 'ai peur d'attraper d'autres virus en allant dans n 'importe quel site pour faire des téléchargements qui jusqu'à présents n'ont rein fait.Je vous remercie d'avance.

Télécharge List&Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau

 Branche clés usb , disques durs externes , mp3 , mp4 , etc.. 

double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation 

coche la case "creer une icone sur le bureau" 

une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul 

choisis la langue puis choisis l'option 1 = Mode Recherche 

 laisse travailler l'outil 

à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué. 

un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , mais ne le supprime pas pour l instant, le scan n'est pas fini. 

 Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED" 

tu peux supprimer le rapport catchme.log de ton bureau maintenant.

Bonjour, donc je viens d'envoyer dans mon précédent message, les rapports d'analyses demandés.ça été trés long.Apparement la page "Insecure intenet" ne s'affiche plus.Mais maintenat le problème et que ce matin lorsque j 'ai regardé si les analyses étaient finies, l 'ecran est vert, les icones sont enormes et tiennent tout l 'ecran, les messages sont ecrits gros.....  .Comment faire pour retrouver mon ecran d'avant? Merci encore pour tout ceci.De plus je voulais vous demander: en plus d'avast est ce que je dois installer un antispyware ? Est ce que je peux désinstaller:AD-R, combofix, google chrome, USBFIXE. Joujours pas d'ecran car je ne peux pas deplacer le curseur pour regler pixels. De plus, pour rechercher le rapport quan je vais dans documents, recherche et entrer le nom du dossier, je ne peux pas et ceci depuis ce matin, il y a un chien, et les rectangles ou je dois marquer ce que je cherche sont noires et je ne peux rien y ecrire dedans, c'est tout un cercle visieux; et tout ceci du fait que je n'ai tjrs pas mon ecran. Quand tu mets le pointeur de ta souris sur le curseur....
appuies tu bien sur le bouton gauche de ta souris ?

OUi, j'appuie bien sur le bbouton gauche de la souris, et je vais vers la droite, tout en maintenant mon doigt sur le bouton gauche, alors vraiment il y a un pbl!!!!!

Bonjour, j'ai bien posté mon pbl là ou vous me l 'avez demandé, mais on m'a dit"  reinstalle le spiloters graphiques, si tu connais pas le nom et les pilotes, recherche ds le gestionnaire de périphériques dans l 'onglet carte graphique ce qui est indiqué . Si c'est marqué carte VGA standard, les pilotes de ta carte ne sont pas installés, si tu as un cd install......" Le pbl est que je n'ai pas decd, pas delivres...... Tout marchait trés bien avant. Je n 'y comprens rien, la personne qui m 'a envoyé ceci, n'a pas repondu au message que j 'ai envoyé, indiquand que j 'avais: Autres peripheriques
                                   > controleur vidéo ( compatible VGA)

 Alors que dois-je faire,  comment reinstaller les pilotes de cette fameuse carte graphique que je ne trouve en nulpart??

Sans CD difficile...

Redémarres ton pc....Quand tu entends le "bip"...tapotes plusieurs fois rapidement
la touche F8 du clavier...
Choisis ensuite : Dernière bonne configuration connue...

Bonjour, je me redirige vers vous  car de" l 'autre coté" on me laisse un peu à l 'abandon, et je voudrais en finir rapidement avec cette histoire car j 'ai besoin de retrouiver mon ecran, pour notifier des trucs sur un site pour mon travail. Alors apparement avec " support downloads.html Fujitsu, on aurait retrouver les "drivers de ma carte" . Mais maintenant  que faut-il que je fasse avec ceci? ou dois-je les reinstaller? mercide m 'expliquer en details, car depuis vendredi que l 'on me fait faire des manip, je ne sais plus ou j 'en suis.
