GTA SA PC - Mission CESAR VIALPANDO Solved

Question

Hello, I'm stuck in the game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas on PC, in the mission CESAR VIALPANDO, I need to blow up the car, so I activated the appropriate mode with the caps lock key but in the game, they show arrows and I don't know what those arrows are.
Thank you for your help.
P.S.: I don't have a numeric keypad if it's needed.

Well, exactly, IT'S NECESSARY!! Unless you have a controller with a joystick, but let me tell you for the numeric keypad: 4 (left), 6 (right), 1 (bottom left) 3 (bottom right),
7 (top left) 9 (top right), 0 (bottom), 8 (top)
^^ quite hard at first, it's easier on the PS2, but you get used to it ^^

4+8=Left+Up 8=Up 8+6=Up+Right

4= Left 5=nothing 6=Right

4+2=Left+Down 2=Down 2+6=Down & Right

1,3,5,7,9 are useless. Note: the (+) as in 4+8 does not represent the + key on the keyboard but a combination of the two keys 4 and 8. The (+) key on the keyboard here is used to skip four wheels and remain suspended. So just follow the scheme even if I come too late.
