Bonjour,URGENT

je viens d'etre infecter par av.exe
qui serait antivirus win7 2010
je sais deja que c'est un virus mais je ne sais pas comment m'en débarrasser
et ca me soul parce que quand je vais sur le net il change mais site par les sien pour vendre l'antivirus de plus il
m'ouvre des pop up sans arret et quand j'ouvre mozzilla il me dit que mozilla est infacté

aider moi svp

    Désolé, mais c'est l'heure où on se met à table chez moi ^^

    désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs --> panneau de config --> comptes utilisateur --> désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs et redémarre le pc

    Télécharge UsbFix sur ton bureau

    branche tes supports amovibles (clé usb, disque dur externe, etc) sans les ouvrir

    Clic-droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau. (exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)

    -Tape F pour français , et presse enter pour valider

    # Choisi l option 1 ( Recherche )

    # Laisse travailler l outil.

    # Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

    # Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

    # Le menu apparait, choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression )

    # Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

    # Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

    # Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

    Note : le rapport est également à C:\USBFix.txt

    Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware :
    http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

    - Installe le > double-clic sur Mbam-setup.exe, à la fin de l'installation, il se mettra automatiquement à jour
    - Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lances Malwarebytes
    - Exécute un examen rapide du pc ( tu n'auras pas accés à internet pendant l'analyse)
    - A la fin du scan clic sur " Afficher les résultats ", si Malwarebytes a trouvé des infections >> clic sur " Supprimer la selection "
    - Si il a besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finir la désinfection, acceptes
    - Un rapport s'etablira, postes son contenu.

    Ok, maintenant essayes de lancer l'installation de Malwarebytes, renomme le setup si il le faut

    Tu fais un clic droit sur l'icone du setup de Mbam et renomme le en "Alex" par exemple, puis lance l'installation.
