Hello, this topic is old but it's the first to come up on Google when you type: "chatroulette mac" and since I struggled to find the info, I'm letting you know that for Gmail users (webcam and all) there is a driver conflict, so for Chatroulette you need to uninstall the Google webcam (the Google Voice thing) and to use the webcam on Gmail again, you have to reinstall it. A bit annoying, right? So if anyone has a tip... To uninstall, it's:
Finder - /Library/Application Support/Google
then launch GoogleVoiceAndVideoUninstaller
