Besoin d'aide pour sauver mon ordi

Question

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques jours mon ordi me signale des virus. Je dispose de Avira antivir qui les met en quarantaine mais ne les supprime pas. J'ai installé Spybot qui détecte 1 élément PUPSC et un PUPS. Mais refuse aussi de les supprimer car me demande d'être utilisateur (?)... J'ai effectué aussi un nettoyage avec CCleaner et là j'avoue que je en sais pas quoi faire.

Bonjour

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

Désactive l’UAC (User Account Control) le temps de la désinfection. Démarrer > Panneau de configuration > Comptes d’utilisateurs > Désactiver le contrôle des comptes d’utilisateur. (Manipulation inverse pour le remettre en fin de désinfection). (Cela va permettre aux outils de désinfection de travailler correctement). ********** Désactive le Teatimer de Spybot : - Lance Spybot - Va dans Mode puis Mode avancé puis Outils puis Résident et décoche la case Tea timer. Exemple sur cette image : = = = =>>> [http://apu.mabul.org/up/5/apu-5-gpdx9e06cwz2dypom2q7n6nc.jpg ICI}<<<= = = = ******* Lancer les outils en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit > Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur ▶ Télécharge UsbFix (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir ▶ Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau . ▶ Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] . ▶ Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée] ▶ Laisse travailler l'outil. ▶ Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra. Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt ) ( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Par contre pour l'execution en tant qu'administrateur je n'ai pas compris désolée. En faisant clic droit il n'y avait pas cette proposition!

Tu vas passé à l'option 2 de USBFix :

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

# Sélectionne l'option 2 ( Suppression )

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

# Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Bonjour

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir.[/b]
[list][*]Double-clique sur UsbFix.exe présent sur ton bureau .
[*]Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français.
[*]Choisis [b]l'option 3[/b] ( Vaccination )
[*]Laisse travailler l'outil.
[*]Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.[/list]

[i]Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.[/i]

---> Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) sur ton Bureau.
---> Double-clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
---> Dans l'onglet Mise à jour, clique sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour : si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter à Internet, accepte.
---> Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet Recherche.
---> Sélectionne Exécuter un examen rapide.
---> Clique sur Rechercher. L'analyse démarre.

A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :

L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

---> Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
---> Ferme tes navigateurs.
Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
---> Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre infectés et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
---> MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Les dernieres choses qui restent à faire vont etre de supprimer quelques lignes de façon à optimiser le démarrage de ton pc de ressources inutiles.

Ok mais j'ai refais une analyse de mon anti-virus et de spybot.
Il détecte toujours un élément PUPS myway.myweb search sur spybot
et mon anti virus détecte un cheval de troie nommé malicious.
Doonc je crois que mon PC n'est pas complétement nettoyé?!!!

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.

Pour le reste :


• Télécharge Ad-remover ( de C_XX ) sur ton bureau :

http://pagesperso-orange.fr/NosTools/C_XX/AD-R.exe


! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

• Double clique sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut .

• Double-clique sur le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .

• Au menu principal choisis l'option "S" et tape sur [entrée] .

• Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report-clean.log )
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus :
(AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.
