Well, go see your bank and explain the problem to them...

bjs, I also had a debit of 89.97 euros on 03/31/2010 from cbsecure.com while I did not subscribe to anything.

I am like you; I just realized that they took 89.97, so I went to the bank to block the card. I would like to cancel this subscription, but I don’t know how to do it because the number I have is not going through. Please respond to me.
Hello, I have the same issue as many of you. I went to a site that offered 30 minutes for free, so I wanted to see (it was my first time visiting a site like this, what a mess) and they asked for my card to verify if I am of legal age or not, so I did it, received an email with my access code, and then another email saying they are processing my subscription request (even though I didn't ask for anything) and telling me if I want to cancel my subscription, to click on the link, so I clicked the link and it said subscription canceled. So I was all happy about having escaped from that, and I left the site without even enjoying one of the 30 free minutes.
But the story doesn't end there. Two days later, today, I saw a charge on my account for €89.97 from CB Secure, so I sent them an email requesting a refund, I got their phone number to call them, what recourse do I have if I don't get a refund?
I'm thinking of filing a complaint and also going to consumer services or contacting them for help.
Thanks to anyone who can respond because I’m in a delicate situation right now, I need my money.

Hello, I was also charged the amount of €89.97 in May 2010 even though I disconnected as indicated on the site before the end of 30 minutes, and then... surprise, in July CB Secure just charged me again the amount of €89.97 even though I haven't been on this site since...
I then tried to contact CB Secure to cancel the charge, but no one answers the number listed on the site!!!!!
I am therefore considering blocking my card to avoid any problems with these dishonest people....

Maybe you have received a response. If not, I will give you a phone number, but you need to call several times. When you reach them, ask for the cancellation of your account. Provide your card number and email address, and request a confirmation by email that you have indeed unsubscribed from this naughty site.
Number 09 80 00 88 19
But they will not refund you because the payment is stated in the general conditions.
Good luck.

I found a charge from the site cbsecure Grenoble; they deducted 89.97 without my authorization, so I am requesting a refund of this amount.

Me too, the same thing happened to me. I didn't know how to unsubscribe. When I checked my account, I saw they had made a withdrawal. I went straight to my bank to cancel those damn withdrawals... phew, I got my money back.
michto91, I'm not going to reassure you, but I took the same pill on 04/01/2010. HOW DID THEY RECOVER the access codes to my card? That's a whole other issue aside from making a opposition to prevent this from happening again.
you can also, in addition to https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/10049-arnaques-sur-sites-d-annonces-entre-particuliers and https://www.internet-signalement.gouv.fr/PortailWeb/planets/Accueil!input.action
take a look at this forum that is "specialized" for this. (and if you have others, feel free to mention them here) http://forum.lesarnaques.com/cartes-bancaires/

Don't try to claim anything, they are turning a deaf ear, they supposedly aren't responsible and yet the charge does indeed come from cbsecure.com but they deny it. I had the same problem and I wasn’t on any site for even 10 minutes.
I was also charged 89.97, thinking I had 30 minutes free. To make sure about my cancellation, I went back to the site. There was no way to reach them by phone that day. On Monday, I received a phone call, and in the end, I was told that my account had been debited because returning to the site meant for them that I wanted to resubscribe, and it is specified in the agreement that we have 50 minutes to confirm the cancellation. Additionally, I was hacked for 79 euros through internet credit card purchases. All this = cancellation of the credit card over the phone and filing a report at the police station for my wife, who needs to make a complaint in order to provide proof to the post office.
I am exactly the same, I accidentally subscribed to Gayxperience videos after 10 minutes. If you know how to unsubscribe, please respond to this comment.

Attention! You have visited a site for a €5 visit.... I suspect that the Terms and Conditions (Illegible..) state that you must unsubscribe at the end of the visit, otherwise the visitor is subscribed for a longer term.. Let's note that this 'trick' is often used by sites that are a bit 'questionable' in terms of legality... Moreover, it often happens that the link for 'unsubscribing' does not work! Check the T&Cs before complaining, otherwise it may backfire on you.. The only solution is to never give your credit card number online.. Always use a Virtual Card whose number changes with each transaction (Check with the Bank..).
You have every interest in changing your credit card, otherwise you will be charged again!
Good luck..
