Bonjour !
Je me permets de poster un log, car j'ai voulu utiliser l'valuation en ligne mais lorsque je clique sur "parcourir", rien ne se passe, j'ai le sablier 1/2 seconde puis "terminé"... sans analyse !
Comme j'ai régulièrement des soucis de erreur Kernel32, explorer, etc.., difficulté à éteindre ou ralentissements de navigation importants, je me demandais si tout était clean (j'ai passé adaware spybot et antivir).
D'avance merci de m'éclairer !!!... :o)
A propos j'avais une fois désactivé plusieurs trucs à propos de logitech dans msconfig démarrage sur vos conseils, mais il en reste encore énormément... est-ce normal ?!??

Je me permets de poster un log, car j'ai voulu utiliser l'valuation en ligne mais lorsque je clique sur "parcourir", rien ne se passe, j'ai le sablier 1/2 seconde puis "terminé"... sans analyse !
Comme j'ai régulièrement des soucis de erreur Kernel32, explorer, etc.., difficulté à éteindre ou ralentissements de navigation importants, je me demandais si tout était clean (j'ai passé adaware spybot et antivir).
D'avance merci de m'éclairer !!!... :o)
A propos j'avais une fois désactivé plusieurs trucs à propos de logitech dans msconfig démarrage sur vos conseils, mais il en reste encore énormément... est-ce normal ?!??

pas etonnant, alors fait plutot, un scan AV ici:

Clic sur "To continue without subscribing click here"
Lorsque "Ready" est affiché dans "status", clic sur "Scan my PC".
A la fin de l'analyse, copier/coller le rapport ici
Si tu n’arrives pas à charger les activeX, va dans Iexplorer, outil, option, securité, choisir le niveau, selectionner moyen puis appliquer pui OK
attention si tu as firefox comme navigateur, RAV ne marche pas donc fait le avec IExplorer

Pour Panda, je commence le scan et j'ai aussitôt ctte même alerte d'Antivir, puis le scan se bloque... (j'y suis allée avec ie ; avec firefox pas moyen !)

*tu le supprimes et tu vide ta poubelle
*tu clik droit dessu, scanner avec antivir, antivir se lance et la tu fais double clik au moment ou antivir s apprete a le scanner (je sais c est un peu compliqué et mal employé) mais la antivir va te donner une fonction: supprimer ! tu clik supprimer et tu en seras definitivement debarrasse

Donc me revoilà ce matin, n'ayant toujours pas fixé les lignes conseillées : fixe ou pas fixe finalement ?!??
D'autre part, j'ai eu ce matin de gros problèmes pour me connecter à internet.
Le modem sagem (adsl wanadoo) a catégoriquement refusé de fonctionner : bande passante insuffisante. Pb USB. Désactivez tous les autres programmes USB etc etc. Le modem n'a jamais réussi à se synchroniser.
J'ai donc sorti de sa boîte un autre modem. Branché. Redémarré. Ca fonctionne... sauf que c'est également un sagem 800 !!! (reliquat cegetel...)
Ce que je me demande, c'est si, par hasard, ça n'a pas de rapport avec le fait que quelqu'un puiise éventuellement utiliser ma ligne...?
