Load and install the driver under XP:

Then go through the menu/start/control panel/add hardware so that the computer recognizes the printer and looks for the driver.

I was given the same printer and without an installation CD !!
The solution that worked for me: plug in the printer, start the PC, then go to tld: https://www.touslesdrivers.com/ drivers tab then scan the PC with my config..com and the analysis detects the printer and offers all available drivers according to your system!
Just install it!
