Hello,
I am not sure but while searching for a car on Le Bon Coin, I found one that is not too expensive and I received a response from the seller by email. After the vehicles that come from Benin, here they are from the United Kingdom with transport costs included in the price, the link... http://www.leboncoin.fr/vi/91658304.htm?ca=6_s and the seller's response

Hello,

My vehicle is still available for sale, there are no dents or scratches. CT is okay. It has always been kept in the garage and the interior of the vehicle is like new. I don't smoke. I am from Scotland and the vehicle is at my home in Glasgow, Great Britain. I worked last year in France and now my company has finished its work there. I bought this car at an auction sold to my company. I am now selling it because the car is of French origin and it is really difficult to drive a left-hand drive car in the United Kingdom (right-hand drive). I am trying to sell it in France because it is registered in France. Transport to your address is included in the price.
If you desire more information or photos do not hesitate to contact me.

Best regards

Here are some car sale announcements circulating on topannonce that are "scams."
    Here's an example:

Hello, I'm giving away my Golf due to the death of my wife, 2000 TDI 1.9, maintenance book up to date, in good condition. For more info, please contact me.

I contacted them and here's what I was replied:

    Good evening
We just saw your response and we take this opportunity to explain that we are giving away our Volkswagen Golf 4 1.9 Tdi; Brand: Volkswagen; Model: Golf; Mileage: 200000; Year: 2000; Fuel: Diesel.
And we would like to apologize for the delay in our response. We are really giving our Volkswagen Golf 4 1.9 Tdi to anyone serious who can take care of it and promise to send me pictures every end of the year.
We are currently in West Africa near the French embassy with our Volkswagen Golf 4 1.9 Tdi and we are giving it away because my wife passed away from a short illness. I will send it to you through a very fast air transport company. If you are interested, let me know, and regarding the transport fees, you don't have to worry because I have already paid them.

Thank you for giving us a response to this email. For this, we need your complete and correct home address for delivery along with your phone number so that we can pass it on to the air transport company for quick delivery within a short timeframe.

I inform you that I am taking care of the transport costs which amount to 900€, so do not worry if you are really interested. Therefore, according to all this information, you would only have to pay a sum of 375€ for the issuance of a donation deed in your name, which will prove in French territory that this property belongs to you and not to us.

Here are some characteristics of the car:
    options
MANUAL AIR CONDITIONING, POWER STEERING, CENTRAL LOCKING, ELECTRIC WINDOWS AND MIRRORS, FRONT FOG LIGHTS, RADIO WITH STEERING WHEEL CONTROL, AIRBAG.
    200000km
    VERY GOOD CONDITION
    MAINTENANCE FOLLOWED

Here are the forms that I will need:

    NAME.............................................
    FIRST NAME.....................................
    COUNTRY.............................................
    CITY.............................................
    STREET ADDRESS............................
    POSTAL CODE.............................
    MOBILE PHONE.......................................
    LANDLINE............................................

Anyway, the guy called, with an African accent, I asked him where his transporter was, he said Toulouse, I replied (sensing the scam) that’s good, my cousin lives in Toulouse, he’ll come to see the car tomorrow morning, and he immediately hung up on me!!

Anyway, I sent him a message saying that I would report him for fraud and that I was going to hex him... lol, for now, no news, I'll keep you updated
In the meantime, be very careful.
