How to leave multiple Facebook groups

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to find a place on Facebook that allows you to see all the groups you have joined and that allows you to deactivate a few. Thank you

Hi, on the bottom right of the screen, there is a "group" icon, click on it:
This forms two columns: the left one displays the groups recently joined by your friends, the right one shows the groups you have joined.
Click on one of them, then under all the group info (left side of the screen) there is a blue phrase, to leave the group, click on it.

Has anyone found a way to delete multiple groups since I don't have the tab mentioned above?

Facebook has been updated since my previous post; you now need to go to the "groups" located on the left side of the homepage.

Hello everyone, on the homepage, just click on "Groups." If you can't find it at first glance, press the arrow that will give you a longer list of activities and you'll find it there. After that, click on the crosses to leave your groups, good luck.
