Indeed, Hachi marries Takumi... unfortunately, and in the movie (I don't remember which episode..) we see them later, with their daughter: Hachi still hasn't gotten back together with Nobu... but I believe she isn't with Takumi anymore either!
The logic would therefore suggest that they end up together one way or another!

She is still with Takumi, except he is in London with their son (the little Ren) and she stays in Japan with their daughter...

I hope they are divorced because Hachi, deep down, loves and has real feelings for Nobu, while she married Takumi just for the baby in her womb (but still, the best couple is Ren and Nana =)).
