Ink ribbon fax Philips Magic 5

Hello,
I just changed the ink ribbon on my Magic 5 fax. The ink ribbon is of type Magic 5 PFA351, it refuses to start again and shows me "ink film error, use magic5", after several reseatings the message is still the same. Do you have the solution?

      I have the same problem. I just replaced my ink roller with a proper Philips-branded roller, and the fax stubbornly refuses to recognize it. It tells me "replace the ink roller."
      For the price it costs, I find it has a lot of problems.
