Hello,
I am looking for something (software, plugins, modules, components, ...) to be able to stream a live video on a website, but I don't know at all what I need. I want to stream a live video like TV programs but on a website, I have no idea if it's possible!!!!!!!!!!!
If you know any, please give me their names and, if possible, a link for download.
Configuration: Windows 7 Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 8

Sorry, the "Ok thanks I'll try it" was for you rossi46du77 but since my computer is lagging a bit, we added comments in the meantime.
Otherwise, I tried your software, I already had the screen capture software, but I don't quite understand Adobe Flash Media Encoder, so that's why I keep asking if there's a simpler solution or if someone could quickly explain Adobe Flash Media Encoder to me or if there’s a tutorial that would be nice.
    Thanks.

Otherwise, what's your site to see how it's done?

I believe VLC can do that.
How? I wouldn't really know, I've never really been interested in the topic but I know it's much more than just a simple video player and allows a lot in terms of streaming.
Try to find out more about it.

    VLC allows for streaming playback
the person would like to broadcast themselves

VLC also allows you to do that.
I found a link to the VLC documentation in French: http://www.videolan.org/doc/streaming-howto/fr/streaming-howto-fr.html

VLC does not allow me to do what I wish to do.
I want to put a video on my website that would be broadcast in real-time as if it were a webcam or like a TV channel but on the web.
I don't know if that's possible. Otherwise, I can put a video on my webcam that I would broadcast on my web page, but for this solution, I also don't know how to do it (which software to use).

    I am a broadcaster, I broadcast football
I gave you the necessary software but you didn't even bother to respond

From my side, it doesn't make me want to help you further

    With that, good luck

    Otherwise, a solution
is to broadcast on sites like Justin TV or Ustream
then you take the embed code and export it to your site

here we use Adobe Encoder but you need RTMP servers for that
when we don't have them we use a site like I mentioned above

they have their own encoder on these sites you don't have to do anything except to make your screen capture
