Transfer photos from Picasa to USB drive

Hello,
How to transfer photos (or the image album or Picasa) to a USB stick to put on a digital frame?

    You plug in the USB key
    you open it
    you open the folder with your photos and copy and paste them
    or you drag them from your folder to the USB key
    you select the photo or photos from your folder
    you hold down the left mouse button and drag them to the USB key
