Le lien ne marche pas... et semble en espagnol :-(
Pour ce qui est de "/dev/ttyACM0" difficile à dire. A priori si ton matériel est correctement pris en charge, il est sensé créer un device. Un device est sous linux un fichier un peu particulier qui permet d'interagir avec (notamment) ton matériel.
Il semble que pour un modem comme le tien, linux crée un device qui porte ce nom. Du moins c'est ce qu'une recherche sur google laisse penser... Tant que ton matériel n'est pas correctement reconnu, linux ne le créera pas. Peut-être qu'il faut charger un module, ça pourrait expliquer pourquoi le device n'est pas créé.
Il faudrait que tu débranches et rebranche ton md300, et juste après l'avoir branché, que tu nous reportes le résultat des commandes :

C'est une clé usb ou ton modem que tu as branché ? Parce que là vu les logs, on dirait une clé usb crée sur /dev/sdc... Ca me parait bizarre...

excusé moi, c'est parfaitement mon modem MD300
sous winXp je me connect sans probléme mais lorsque je passe au système ubuntu 9.10 (sabily) ça me fait mal ;-(

est ça donne unne bonne résultat, le modem est reconnu par linux. aprés j'ai tape la commande wvdial elle ma donne:

finalement, j'ai réussi en ajoutant un login et un mot de passe au fichier wvdial.conf:
Password = MEDINET
Username = MEDINET
et ça marche bien :-)
