Probléme de Virus dans Systeme32/Drivers

Bonsoir,

Impératif sous vista:

desactives tes comptes d'utilisateur:

PUIS :

---> Télécharge ComboFix.exe de sUBs sur ton Bureau :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

/!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et ferme toutes les applications, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\

---> Double-clique sur Combofix.exe
Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que "ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie...".
Accepte en cliquant sur "Oui"

---> Mets-le en langue française F
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.

/!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

/!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\

Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\ComboFix.txt

En surfant sur le site je me suis aperçu que de nombreuses personnes en galère comme moi avaient trouvé réponse en utilisant HijackThis !
Mais je suis incapable de comprendre les rapports.
Pourriez vous faire un diagnostic sur ces rapports ?

( A noté aussi que lorsque j'ai fait le diag il m'a mis ce petit message d'alerte :
"For someon reason your system denied write access to the Hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, HijackThis may not be able to fix this.
Notepad: C://Windows/System32/drivers/ect/hosts
For vista : simply, exit HijackThis, right click on the Hijack This icon, choose'Run as administrator'.)
Que faire de ce message d'erreur ? Ce peut'il qu'il y est des fichiers infecté dans hosts ?

Est ce normal ... a mon avis non ! Je ne peut plus activé mon anti virus ... ni allé dans panneaux de configuration, ni allé sur firefox, ni sur programme par default ....???

• Télécharge USBFIX

(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 2 " (suppression) et tape sur [entrée]

• Laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Télécharge HostsXpert sur ton Bureau :
http://www.funkytoad.com/download/HostsXpert.zip

Décompresse-le (Clic droit >> Extraire ici)

Double-clique sur HostsXpert pour le lancer

clique sur le bouton "Restore MS Hosts File" puis ferme le programme

/!\ Avant de cliquer sur le bouton "Restore MS Hosts File", vérifie que le cadenas en haut à gauche est ouvert sinon tu vas avoir un message d'erreur /!\.

ENSUITE:

Télécharge RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau :

- Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
- Clique sur "Continue" dans la fenêtre
- RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
- Poste le contenu de log.txt plus info.txt (réduit ds la barre de taches) à la fin de l’analyse .

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :
Malwarebytes + tutoriel

Tu l´installes; mets le a jour...(onglet mise a jour)
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case :
"Executer un examen rapide".
Puis click sur "rechercher".
Laisses le scanner le pc...
A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
Si des elements on ete trouvés :
> click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "oui".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir;
sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vue de le poster sur le forum.
Copies et colles le rapport stp.

je n'ai pas constaté de nouveau gros probleme. Il démarre sans souci. Tous mes logiciels marchent.

Juste petit souci ( si s'en ai un ) a chaque allumage, avast me dit qu'il a detecté un Roostik, son nom C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\kzdswg.sys...
A chaque fois je fait supprimer ... et puis iol revient a chaque nouvelle allumage.

Sais tu ce que c'est ?
Est ce que parce que avast est un mauvais antivirus ?

1) Télécharge mbr.exe de Gmer ici :
http://www2.gmer.net/mbr/mbr.exe
et enregistre le fichier sur le Bureau.

Désactive tes protections et coupe la connexion. (Antivirus et antispywares, et autres résidents)
Double clique sur mbr.exe
Un rapport sera généré : mbr.log
En cas d'infection, ce message "MBR rootkit code detected" va apparaitre.

Dans le menu Démarrer- Exécuter tape : "%userprofile%\Bureau\mbr" -f
Dans le mbr.log cette ligne apparaitra "original MBR restored successfully !"

Réactive tes protections
Poste ce rapport et supprimes-le ensuite.

Apres avoir désinstallé les outils utilisés et purgé ton système de restauration,
Dis moi si tu as toujours des alertes d'avast.

Pour desinstaller les outils utilisés

Telecharge ToolsCleaner2--> http://pc-system.fr/
-Une fois téléchargé, installe-le et lance-le
-Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer
-Clique sur SUPPRESSION
-Clique sur Quitter pour que le rapport puisse se créer
-Poste moi le rapport se trouvant ici--> C:\TCleaner.txt

---> Il est nécessaire de désactiver,redémarrer puis réactiver la restauration système pour la purger :

Mais a part un Nom ou un Prénon...(inscrit comme chez toi sur ta boite à lettres, et visible
de tout le monde)
tes rapports n'ont rien montré de plus....
