Question

bonjour,
pour y voir un peu plus claire :
•	Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

Tuto : https://forum.pcastuces.com/randoms_system_information_tool_rsit-f31s31.htm
Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil. 
Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer. 
Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence. 
Une fois le scan fini, 2 rapports vont apparaître. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports séparément. Ils se trouvent sur c :
(log.txt & info.txt) 
(CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

bonjour et merci de ta réponse mais je n'arrive plus a le démarrer, qu'elle que soit le mode que j'emplois il affiche un écran bleu avec écrit :** STOP: 0X0000007E (0xC0000006, 0X830B4087...)( les derniers caractères change à chaque fois. il avait été pirater lundi mais Norton avait supprime le virus et n'en détecte pas d'autres.
Connait tu un autre moyens de le répare qui ne nécessite windows?

il y a 3 tools à passer sur ton pc, dans l'ordre : 



Télécharge Toolbar-S&D (Team IDN) sur ton Bureau. http://eric.71.mespages.googlepages.com/ToolBarSD.exe 
ou ici : https://sites.google.com/site/toolbarsd/

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé. 
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D. 
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée. 
* Choisis maintenant l'option 2 (suppression). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche. 
* Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

/!\ Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir 
• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau . 
• Choisis l'option 2 (suppression) 
• Laisse travailler l'outil. 
• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra. 
• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt ) 

( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 



Télécharge et enregistre Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sur ton bureau:

. sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware 
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation. 
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour 
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes 
. Une fois la mise à jour terminé
. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche 
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre. 
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. 
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre. 
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats 
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. 
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log 
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché 
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous 
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse 
. Tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la réponse et coller 
. À la fin du scan, il se peut que MBAM ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la suppression, donc pas de panique, redemarre ton pc  !!!

je pense que ton problème d'ecran bleu vien de tes barettes de émoires ou ton DD !

esaie de redemarrer ton pc en mode sans echec avec la prise en charge de réseau, puis execute les tools que je t'ai cités sur mon précedant message pour désinfecter ton pc



vérifies ta(tes) barrette(s) mémoire avec memtes ici :

bonsoir,
je remets la suite à faire :

•Télécharge USBFIX sur ton bureau 
http://pagesperso-orange.fr/NosTools/Chiquitine29/UsbFix.exe 
ou ici :

/!\ Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir 
• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau . 
• Choisis l'option 2 (suppression) 
• Laisse travailler l'outil. 
• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra. 
• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt ) 

( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 



Télécharge et enregistre Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sur ton bureau:

ou ici : http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe 

. sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware 
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation. 
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour 
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes 
. Une fois la mise à jour terminé 
. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche 
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet 
. Cliques sur Rechercher 
. Le scan démarre. 
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. 
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre. 
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats 
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. 
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log 
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché 
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous 
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse 
. Tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la réponse et coller 
. À la fin du scan, il se peut que MBAM ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la suppression, donc pas de panique, redemarre ton pc !!!

bonjour j'ai envoyé le fichier à usbfix. Sinon, l'ordinateur redémarre tout le temps en indiquant  qu'un arret a ete initié par AUTORITE NT/SYSTEME et lorsqu'il se rallume un panneau indique : "pour protéger votre ordinateur, Windows a fermé ce programme. generic host process for win 32 services." voila c'est tout.
