Need help resetting my TV

Hello,
I’m resetting my TV (the digital terrestrial television is built-in) and the TV is asking me to store the aerials, either terrestrial or cable. It may seem like a silly question, but which one should I choose? If I select Terrestrial, I’m thinking it will only pick up the main channels and not the digital terrestrial television, and the other option makes me think of cable like Canal Sat, TPS...
So which one should I choose?
Later on, it will ask me to store the digital, analog, or both at the same time... what’s the difference between the two, and which one should I select?
Sorry, but I’m really a novice when it comes to technology.
