Fenêtre enregistrement Creative Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,
Il se trouve que depuis un ce matin j'ai un problème avec creative sur mon pc.
Dès que je démarre mon pc une fenêtre d'enregistrement en ligne de mon ancienne carte son n'arrête pas de s'afficher en me demandant d'enregistrer le produit en ligne. Malgrès le fait que je refuse d'enregistrer le produit aussitôt la même fenêtre de réouvre en me demande la même chose...
Cela me rend fou... Quelqu'un aurait une solution pour moi ?

Bonjour,

- Télécharge HijackThis v2.0.2 sur ton Bureau.

- Double-clique sur HJTInstall afin de lancer l'installation.

- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept.

- Clique sur Do a system scan and save a logfile.

- Le Bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier/coller de tout son contenu ici dans ton prochain message.

---> Clique droit sur OTM.exe et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

---> Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte suivant ci-dessous :

Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer.
Accepte en cliquant sur YES.

---> Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTM\MovedFiles\
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

Tu peux désinstaller HijackThis et supprimer le dossier _OTM situé à la racine de ton disque dur C.
