I JUST GOT CALLED AND THE NUMBER BEGINS WITH 03 20... CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHICH REGION OR CITY THIS NUMBER WOULD COME FROM...??? THANK YOUUUU

I just received the same thing, can you tell me what happened, I don't know anyone in the North ..........03 20 xx xx xx...it's the number saying to call back..important

I receive a call as well from the number 032046.... Every night between 2-3 AM there's a single call. Tonight I answered and stayed on the line; there was indeed someone on the other end but they didn't speak. I really vented... But I had already done some research, and it's a Buffalo in the north. They told me they're not aware; it's exactly the same number, so either someone is using their number externally or it's internal. But if anyone else has the same problem as me, they should come forward.
